CANCELLATION POLICY 

Our cancellation policy for direct bookings made through the website are as followed; 100% of the booking deposit will be refunded if cancelled not less than 2 weeks from planned arrival date. Refunds for bookings cancelled within 2 weeks of arrival will be at the discretion of Sazani Beach and any mitigating circumstances will be taken into consideration. TRANSFER

Transfer from the airport to the hotel for $45 one way. Transfer from the ferry and stone town, to the hotel for $40 one way. Sazani is 67 km from the airport. It takes takes over a hour, to travel here by taxi.

PAYMENT

Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a 20% deposit, payable through PayPal. Balance for rooms is paid on arrival. Other charges on checkout. We accept most debit/ credit cards (with a 6% surcharge) as well as cash: US Dollars, provided they are bankable( this can depend on the year they were issued) Euros, GB Pounds and Tanzanian shillings. 

Government tax: All guests are required to pay a tourism tax of $2 a night per person, by law.

There is no charge for children sharing a room with adults, under the age of 12, all persons above 12 are chargeable. There are ATMs and money exchanges in Nungwi, where local currency can be drawn. Bars and restaurants accept Tanzanian shillings and USD, most accept credit cards, and some will accept foreign currency but at their rates. It is advisable to check before you place an order.
